Carmen was wonderful! She explained to me why the hairstyle I wanted wouldn’t work with my curly hair without a lot of daily effort and heat styling (which I didn’t want to do). Carmen did such a great job on my hair today. She is was very quick and her multitasking was impressive. I think the cut must be pretty good because she made my hair look like this with a blow dryer, round brush, and a little gel! Thank you, Carmen! I love it!

Mona is nice and clearly has tons of experience cutting curly hair because she didn't need to ask a lot of questions but at the same time I wish I was consulted more on how I wanted my hair done and how short I wanted it. She just started cutting away without consulting me on the length and ultimately made it shorter than I wanted it to be. She also gave me a shag cut which I did not want because it's not very flattering for me but she didn't tell me she was going to cut it that way I had no idea what to expect when she started immediately cutting my hair. Also, my bangs are very heavy.
