The entire staff was very accommodating and helpful from start to finish. I had 8 sessions spread out between Alexis, Hasina, and Karen. They have helped me out with getting my shoulder to a better place and get back to lifting heavy again.
10/10 and would highly recommend to anybody who needs it!
