Owen and his team did a phenomenal job on our flooring AND kitchen renovation. He was honest and solid from the beginning to end. He knows his products, the industry and what it takes to see the job through. I highly recommend working with him.
I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. We used them for our 7,000-square-foot business down the street. Jenn and Owen were professional, responsive, and handled our complex project with complete transparency and clear communication throughout. They made what could have been a stressful process feel organized and seamless.
FCI's front office provided clear, effective, and fast communication from the moment I scheduled the first consultation to and through installation. And they sent an impressively efficient and friendly crew to perform the work. What more can you ask for? They did precisely what they said they'd do, and they did it in a day (and on the day we scheduled). I wish all trades were this easy to work with. A few days after installation, my wife and I are actually looking around the house to see if there are any other projects for FCI to tackle.
