Every time Donna has cut my hair, even though grows it doesn't lose its shape. It is still manageable and looks good. She has a good eye for symmetry and overall shape and I've just made another appointment, so I must be satisfied. I like the calm atmosphere of a single person "shop" and distractions, phones ringing, etc. that you find in a larger establishment.

I've been coming to Donna Cloud Hair Studio for over 10 years now. I’d gone to so many hairdressers before that I was hesitant to try someone else. However, after receiving a recommendation, I visited this hairdresser and was not disappointed. It was great to have someone truly listen to what I wanted in a cut and color. Donna is flexible and willing to spend time understanding my hair needs. Over the years, she's given me great hair advice and I can't imagine going elsewhere.

Donna is the only person who has cut my hair in over 30 years since I moved to Virginia. I was a college student in Florida when someone made a mess of my hair and Donna was the one who fixed it when I came to visit on break. She earned my trust all those years ago and I’m reminded each time she cuts and colors my hair why I’ve never gone to another salon. Donna is a hair expert — I’m sure you’ll agree!
