I’m sure that I am not a typical Computerware customer. I’m not a buyer from a government agency, academic institution, large or small business, or healthcare facility. I’m just an amateur photographer who needed a new printer. Epson has Computerware listed as a reseller of their large format photographic printers which is located in the area where I live. This was my first experience with Computerware. It could not have been any more pleasant and trouble-free, especially (without going into detail) following an unfortunate (albeit rare) bad experience trying to buy the printer that I wanted from a popular online photographic retailer.
