I replaced my roof and had a very positive experience with Brax. They are not storm chasers, they don't have pushy sales tactics, my sales manager Emilio was really good, their operations team was excellent with communication and follow up, the working staff were professional and did a great job. When I reported a minor issue after the work was completed, they sent a crew the very same day and resolved it.
