My mom and I have been seeing Dr. Hong more than 10 years. He is amazing and very honest. Most of general dentists learn specialized skill sets in a short time and perform all by themselves. Many times, that causes more issues. However, Dr. Hong is very honest in what he does and he refers patients to specialists when special skills are needed. Also, he is ALWAYS on time and does not delay the appointments. Most importantly, my mom and I, we are 100% satisfied with his treatments and trusts his treatment plans and his service. Although we live far away from his office, we've never thought about finding a new dentist as it is hard to find a trustful dentist! I would give 100 starts or more if I can.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I’ve seen my share of dentists and I am confident to say that Dr. Hong is the only dentist I would recommend. Going to the dentist has always been a nerve wrecking experience for me, but I can almost fall asleep under Dr. Hong’s care. Everything and everyone on his team are amazing and my experiences there were always executed flawlessly. From scheduling to cleaning to treatment to billing, there is nothing to complain about. I have been a patient of Dr. Hong for 6 years and I am so glad I found him. He’s an amazing dentist who saved my teeth from
multiple previously poorly done dental work. He can always fit me in if there’s anything urgent that needs to be done. Now my family has expanded, I bring my son here, and when my mom stays with us and has dental issues, I bring her here. I’m so lucky to have a great dentist like him who I can completely trust,I Highly recommend Dr Hong.
