This is a great place to go. Staff is friendly and they care about their patients. It is not a huge gym space but more than adequate. I love the attention they give their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a more personalized and smaller practice.

I had a wonderful experience with Ascend Physical Therapy. I had rotator cuff surgery back in late August 2022. I started PT with Ascend two weeks later. The Doc said it was one of the worst tears he had ever seen. The therapists were conscientious of this and approached with extreme care. I initially started out three visits per week. The PT eased me to the pain and not through it as prescribed by the Doc. Over time my motions were normalizing. The PTs kept testing my movement abilities, and again not pushing. A surgical procedure in September sidelined me for over 5 months. I found it incredibly frustrating as my physical condition took a downturn. I’ll be turning 70 soon and thought it important to maintain my physical well-being and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I sought the advice of Ascend Physical Therapy. The therapists told me about their post rehab trainer Kam McLeod and the services he provides. To date, I have completed two sessions with Kam and I can only say that I highly recommend him.
