Neill made the experience of getting an artificial eye so much less stressful than we expected. He fully explained the process, what to expect, answered our questions, and addressed our fears. He also accommodated our tight time frame and did a fantastic job in matching the eye. We highly recommend him.
I have had very good luck with having my eye polished and replaced. Staff are warm and personal and they provide a very high level of service. I have had an artificial eye since I was about two years old, so there is no trauma for me. So it is always nice to catch up with Michael and his staff. It is a family owned business and I have been seeing them since I moved to Virginia many years ago. Highly recommend.
