We've been sending our kids to the Adrenaline summer camp for three years, and hoped to start our oldest in classes soon. However, after my experience this summer, I will not be supporting this business again. First, since the camp was taking place during a summer Covid wave with higher transmission than 91% of the pandemic and research indicates lasting developmental delays for kids exposed to Covid in utero, and because I am pregnant, I brought a high-quality air filter that is graded to filter out COVID from the air and has UV sanitation. Took my 4 year old to their dance camp and found the woman at the front desk extremely rude. Figured it was just a bad day but it happened multiple times so now I assume shes just not a nice person. My child was sick so I suggested I take her outside because I figured it was just nerves. She told me she did not care in an extremely aggravated tone. As someone who works with children (and people in general) I had higher expectation for the way me and my child are to be treated at a children's facility. If I was boss or the owner and heard my employees speaking to my costumers like that... I would be down an employee.
