We went through quite the conundrum with a different company. We're located in Elkton and everyone I've talked to at Dixie is helpful, kind, and did what they could to get us a propane tank asap.

Great customer service when I called and the service technicians did a great job when installing the propane tank and my appliance. Very friendly and respectful.
