I am a member of KAISER at their TYSONS Center. I recently needed to order glasses. JEANNE SCIACCHITANO in Vision Essentials was terrific. She has helped us in the past, so I was grateful to see her, knowing I would get all the help I needed and she would work with me to find the glasses that would be perfect for me. Like all of my experiences at Kaiser, my visit to get glasses was smooth, easy and pleasant. Jeanne, the tech/sales manager, is always super nice and helpful every time I go in. She’s a great asset to Kaiser Optical. The selection of frames on offer is good, and Jeanne helped me decide between four pairs. I like the fact that I can either make an appointment or walk in (I’ve done both), although appointments make it a little easier on the staff. All in all, I’m very happy with getting my glasses through Kaiser Optical.
