I've been an employee at MicroTech for over 13 years and would honestly say this is a great place to work! MicroTech really cares about their employees. When the pandemic hit, MicroTech immediately transitioned to a remote work arrangement to protect the health of the employees allowing us to work safely from home. CEO even bought all employees a mask and mailed them to our homes. MicroTech offers great benefits as well as fun employee perks!
