This is my second time at this location and I love going here. Today I had the manager blow out my hair and she did a great job at doing that and then I had another stylist come in I believe her name was Claire. She was very sweet and kind. I asked for voluminous curls that would last the next day due to an event and she accomplished that. I love my hair a lot and it looks amazing. Thank you so much ?!

I was excited for my first dry bar experience, but after this I will not go back. While my stylist was very nice, I explicitly asked for loose, tousled curls and showed the stylist a picture. When she finished styling my hair, she instructed me that the curls would be tight for a few hours and I should comb my fingers through the curls in a few hours to achieve the loose curl look I wanted. I did that but unfortunately the curls never loosened up. I had a big event that evening and while it sounds trivial I felt super self conscience about my hair the whole night because I didn’t like the style and pictures confirmed I should have styled my own hair.
