I recently bought two acres of land and built a small home there but during the land clearing process some of the trees were damaged so I called Metcalf Tree Service for an inspection. Shawn came out and noticed a 90 foot oak tree that was declining and needed to be removed so I got on their schedule.
Shawn also gave me some great advice on taking care of trees going forward. For example, a tree needs one pound of fertilizer for every one inch in diameter. Metcalf Tree Service cut ten trees down in our backyard so we could clear an area for a fence. The largest tree, an oak, was over 50 feet tall and leaning towards our house. Shawn and his son did an outstanding job cutting down the trees, removing the debris, and cleaning up our yard. Years of experience and highly skilled, I would hire them again. Highly recommend.
The tree removal at my mother’s home was amazingly well done. It was a tight space, and the crew was well-organized, efficient and worked safely to get the job done. They also did a great job cleaning up. We would recommend them very highly!
