Very detail inspection and thorough knowledge of diverse areas of the home:electrical, structural stability, plumbing, etc. He was very concerned about our family safety and investment. Mike recently performed our home inspection. He was early and had already started the inspection outside the home. Not only was Mike super friendly, but also knowledgeable, methodical, and efficient. Mike explained what he was inspecting and why in each area of the home. He provided a comprehensive, detailed electronic report the same day with a summary and breakdown of each area and a revised report once the radon testing returned. It was helpful to have items broken down by category so we could focus on safety issues first. A nice bonus is the warranty provided for using their service.
