Duane and Mike are both great. I have been with each of them when they are doing inspections and they are thorough and create great reports to give you confidence in buying a home. Also, I didn't realize that the provide a 120 warranty which most inspection services do not that anything they say is working will be. Mike performed a very thorough inspection and was very clear as to the minor issues the property had. He answered all of our questions and gave us an in depth explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to fix them. The report is/was very helpful in attaining the results we wanted in regards to the minor repairs our home needed.
