Update:
The crew did come yesterday to blow the leaves. Because there were so many leaves and branches on the ground, there is still quite a bit left to be cleaned up. Even though they cleared the leaves in our front yard, there are still branches and leaves scattered across the lawn. Since the owner mentioned that they will be returning a few more times this month, I hope that by the end of December everything will look much better.

I did not personally hire this company, as they are contracted through our HOA, so I do not know the circumstances that caused the delays or whether the scheduling issues were beyond their control. I also understand that the workers...read full review

I am a resident of tranquility 55+ Community (Ryan Homes) in Williamsburg, VA. Our HOA contracted Virginia lawn and landscape (VLL) to do lawn cutting, pruning of bushes and trees, The turf treatment is subtracted by this company to another company called Virginia Green.. We pay $195 a month in HOA fees for the services.

At the beginning of their service, Virginia Green was supposed to put down weed killer. I have cameras in my yard that show they never came to my yard. I notified the HOA and the HOA tells me that they've been reaching out to VLL requesting that they have their subcontract (Virginia Green), returned to my property and apply the treatment....read full review

I am a resident of Brammer Creek. Our HOA contracted this company to do pruning of bushes and trees. I have never been so flabbergasted by such an unprofessional and horrible job! I have a bush next to the entrance to my home and they not only cut it a foot shorter than it needed to be, they didn’t bother to trim it on the sides so that the house number can be seen from the parking lot? Makes deliveries really difficult, but my biggest concern is if I ever have to call emergency services! And that’s not the half of it pardon the pun. They literally cut a tree in half?
