I've been going there for years and years (when they were in Warsaw) and for the most part they're great. But there's a LOT of different staff and some aren't top notch. But then again, MOST of them are super caring, wonderful people that really do their job superbly and then some just... don't. But I would totally give them a chance if you need help. They've really helped me.
