I had an emergency AC issue today (a Sunday), and Eric showed up to my home within literally 2 hours, which was incredible in itself. I was determined to have my entire AC unit replaced for thousands of dollars (following the directions that others tried to stir me in), but Eric was an honest guy and spared me from spending thousands of dollars. I genuinely felt like I was in great hands, and found my trusted AC guy for our county. Super honest, reliable, and thorough with his diagnostics.

I've used Mullins HVAC company to replace and or service our units several times and once to install a mini split. They never fail. They recently came out in the snow to replace an old unit and furnace. The crew was outstanding! Not only were they professional but also enjoyed a bit of humor as they worked side by side compatibly. They were courteous and there was no foul language which is a big plus in my book! Can you call a furnace and Heat Pump beautiful? yep! Plus it gave me a warm house working quietly through the night.
