They replaced two systems in our home, very professional, told us everything they were doing, and left the areas clean. I highly recommend this company.
Rodney and his team were absolutely amazing! We had an emergency and we called multiple other companies and one well known company quoted us between 18K-25K to replace all our units saying they wouldn’t work and were unsafe to use. They turned off our units and told us that we shouldn’t turn them on until they were completely replaced. A child in our rental home is battling cancer and cannot be without heat and the other company knew this. When Rodney came out (the same day we called him) he explained in depth what exactly was wrong with one unit and he was able to temporarily and safely get our heat working again until we could afford to replace the systems. He also tested and confirmed that one unit was working and there wasn’t anything wrong with it so it could have been left on the whole time. He also quoted us close to half of what multiple other companies did to replace both units. It broke our hearts that these other companies would cut corners and lie just to get more money from a family who was already struggling. After this we absolutely will not go anywhere other than Southern Comfort from now on. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing work you are truly a good hearted company!
