Massanutten Manor is a clean and well-kept residential complex. The building is fully accessible and maintained in tiptop shape. The office staff is very respectful, professional, and dedicated, always treating residents with respect and going above and beyond. Residents find the apartments spacious and enjoy the friendly community, where they have made friends. The convenient bus service provides independence for strolls around Shenandoah county. Many express pride and enjoyment in living there.
Have lived here just over a year.Didn't know what to expect in the new environment!Some of the residents are nice and friendly as a whole.I have made a few friends here.The office staff is very respectful and professional.Enjoy living here.
I love my apartment; there’s plenty of room for all my things. The manor is fully accessible; I can get around easily in my wheelchair. Ryan, Rowe, Sonny, Jake, and anyone else I don’t see behind the scenes, do a great job keeping the building in tiptop shape. The bus comes right to the door, so I can take a stroll around Shenandoah county – usually – whenever I choose. I have so much more independence here than I’ve ever had anywhere else!
The inside and outside has been entirely renovated. Apt has new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, ac/heat unit and windows. Electric bills are fairly low. It's HUD housing for 62+ and disabled. Rent based on income. Beautiful view, plenty of outdoor space to walk, walking distance to town and the new ShenGo bus stops right in front.
