Have lived here just over a year.Didn't know what to expect in the new environment!Some of the residents are nice and friendly as a whole.I have made a few friends here.The office staff is very respectful and professional.Enjoy living here.

I love my apartment; there’s plenty of room for all my things. The manor is fully accessible; I can get around easily in my wheelchair. Ryan, Rowe, Sonny, Jake, and anyone else I don’t see behind the scenes, do a great job keeping the building in tiptop shape. The bus comes right to the door, so I can take a stroll around Shenandoah county – usually – whenever I choose. I have so much more independence here than I’ve ever had anywhere else!

The inside and outside has been entirely renovated. Apt has new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, ac/heat unit and windows. Electric bills are fairly low. It's HUD housing for 62+ and disabled. Rent based on income. Beautiful view, plenty of outdoor space to walk, walking distance to town and the new ShenGo bus stops right in front.
