Customers appreciate the polite and efficient staff, who handle tasks like shortening pants, stain removal, and custom tailoring with care. Even occasional visitors find the service timely and satisfactory, despite a minor language barrier.
I've been going here for years and have never had any problems. I've asked them to shorten some of my pants, remove various stains, and re-attach buttons and everything has been done very well.
Not a regular customer, just use them from time to time. Mostly for formal attire and custom tailoring. Job was done right and on time. The workers seemed pleasant. A bit of a language barrier, but not a big issue. Will continue to use in the future.
Great customer service! I've used this cleaner for over 15 years. Prices have increased over the years like everything else, but the service is great. They are very friendly and go the extra mile to clean and repair my family's clothing. I highly recommend them
