Having suffered PTSD from some VERY BAD (nightmare) construction and remodeling experiences we were hesitant. However, based off a neighbor’s referral we rolled the dice and met with the Rendon team. We moved into our Chantilly colonial back in 2019 because we were in love with the neighborhood. However, the house itself, while perfectly serviceable, had several layout flaws and general pain points for us.
