You all are very impressive. After many years of not needing a contract or a repair except one time which was the mower‘s fault lol, I signed on with a three-year contract today. Their customer service and communication are over and above. As a small business owner, I really appreciate this and think it is not done enough in today’s society. 7 years ago Enlightened Lighting (new name DayLoom) in VA installed low voltage landscaping lamps for me . The work was done professionally and the products stylish and beautiful. They still function as expected after all these years. Recently I called them for a minor issue, immediately a staff, Danny, came to fix the issue. Danny is professional and friendly- I am very happy with his work and with the company’s post-installation service. ( the picture shows lamp after polishing like new)
