This place is phenomenal. The night before Thanksgiving, our family boxer started having seizures. We called our vets office that our family has been using for over 20 years. They told us to come there. When we got there they said they wasn’t an emergency vet and couldn’t see us. My mother in law called the animal clinic in Stephen’s City. They told us to come straight there. Dr. Welch, his assistant and the front office people stayed there for over an hour after closing time to help us. They was straight forward, respectful, compassionate and made us feel very welcome. We had never been there before. This vets office deserves more credit than we can give them....read full review
This place was amazing. I never felt so much compassion, caring and love from Dr. Welch and his whole team. My Anastasia was everything and they had so much patience with me and the decision I had to make.
We've had all of our dogs and cats here for a few years now and we have always had a great experience. We've had exceptional interactions with multiple doctors and techs- I hesitate to name them for fear of leaving someone deserving out. Sadly, we've also had a few emergency situations and the doctors and staff really rose to each moment. I am not sure that Andi or Bear would still be alive today were it not for the brilliance of AMC. Thanks.
