We offer yoga, Barre, Pilates, HIIT, and other fitness classes to suit our members of all abilities. You’ll be more than a member to us; we’ll learn your name right away, understand your goals, & welcome you into our community with open arms. We spice things up with creative classes that offer different themes & focus areas to make fitness fun. We believe your workouts should be something you look forward to & enjoy. You can expect a positive, uplifting, & supportive vibe here. Although we love to have fun, we are serious when it comes to our commitment to you. Our instructors will teach you to move in ways that are sustainable so you can enjoy all of our classes for years to come. You will leave feeling challenged, successful & even joyful
I love Phoenix and the owner, Trish! The teachers really care about how you feel and growing alongside with you! I enjoy all the options they offer from Pilates, Phoenix phit, to vinyasa and yin yoga classes. I would definitely consider giving Phoenix a try if you are close by!
Since Feb 2021, Phoenix has been a Big Part of not just my Fitness and Health Journey but also my Spiritual and Self-Care/Healing Journey... Just a complete over all Awesome Experience and Great Atmosphere!!
I recently hosted a friend’s retirement party at Phoenix Fitness and Yoga. The studio was perfect for our gathering and Trish was a pleasure to work with. Our yoga instructor, Jen Tipton, was amazing. She made everyone feel comfortable and special. She even planned a meaningful “sentiment rock” activity for the celebration. I will be purposefully finding reasons to have more social gatherings here. Thank you Trish and Jen. And Happy Retirement Mary!
