Bob and company were great. From our initial appointment setting on the phone (and via text), to Bob's honest assessment of our rather old heating unit and replacement of the control panel, they kept us informed every step of the way. After the repairs were done, Bob was happy to answer any questions and give potential warning areas that we would want to watch out for. Never pushed or pressured us once for additional work, which makes the fact that we will go to Veterans Heating and Air for any issues we have in the future. Very pleased! Thank you guys!
These guys are the only ppl you need to.contact! Very personable, but also work their butts off in order to get you up and running. Bob sat down with us, discussed exactly what we wanted and made it happen. Kenny delivered with a great job with installation, explained things as he did them and he and Jen did a great job with aesthetics and function. Prices were more than fair...I'm not sure how these guys arnt booked up for months. Very pleased with their work and the product they installed
