I live out of town and not knowing what I want, the gentleman was kind, patient and knowledgeable.What was more surprising was how he handled an adverse situation because as I was talking to him my relative was being discharged from the hospital. Needless to say his delivery wasn't easy that day.I so appreciated the call advising me how everything was going to be handled. Another person overheard the call and was so impressed. And yes the flowers were beautiful.

I ordered for my grandmother's birthday gift. The "I Love You" balloon was out of stock so they called and the person I spoke with was so kind about my order. They delivered the most beautiful arrangement at a great price and brought my grandmother to tears. From ordering, to the call, to the wonderful delivery person, to the beauty of the flowers...A+++!!!

I noticed a lot of 1 star reviews but also saw they were submitted around the same time and thought that they had to be fake reviews or one person seeking revenge for something. A lot of them didn't even say what the problem was or was about something else and not about anything they got from the flower shop. Turns out, they must have been fake because I ordered flowers for my grandmother at home and for the funeral of my grandfather and they were "stunning" as my mother put it. I could have not been more pleased with what they designed and delivered to my grandmother and then to the funeral home for my grandfather.
