Replaced my roof after 6 months of waiting , & frequently calling and messaging asking when they’d finally show up. Only to find multiple issues directly caused by them after the job was supposedly finished. Still finding/having issues over a year later. Also being investigated/charged for fraud. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Hope they get all the karma they deserve.Service: Roof installation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After hiring Knotts Roofing to replace my roof, they required a down payment to acquire the supplies. After 18 months, numerous weekly phone calls, certified letters, contacting the sheriff's department, lawyers, BBB, VA Dept of Professional Occupational Regulations and Office of Consumer Protection, and the Attorney General- this company is still refusing to answer phone calls, return my money, or start the job. Knott's Roofing replaced our roof. During heavy rains or snow we've had leaks but couldn't find the source of the problem. Recently, an adjuster informed me that the caulking around the chimney needs to be replaced. This is the cause for leaks in the attic and stains on the master bedroom ceiling. I spoke with someone once and left numerous messages during the previous 2 months but they've been completely unprofessional and uncommunicative about resolving the problem or honoring our warranty. Their lack of professionalism leaves me with a $600 out-of-pocket expense I should not have.
