All of the employees are helpful and kind and the store itself is always well stocked and if it isn’t, you can order things to your house or to the store for free. It has a decent array of selections, including Korean beauty and skincare which is my favorite :) I recently got my hair done there for the first time by Britney who is PHENOMENAL.
The employees are always super helpful and informative love them DOWNNN but there’s always one person at the register and they have to do this spiel about signing up and a credit card so you have to wait even longer. Its never just a quick visit, whats up w that?
I had an amazing experience with Raven. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Raven paid attention to every detail and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My hair turned out even better than I imagined the cut and styling were absolutely perfect. I’ve gotten so many compliments since my visit! If you’re looking for a talented stylist who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Raven. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.
