I have never had anything tailored before and didn't know what to ask for, but the lady there was really nice. I put on the suit and she took over from there, after about a week, everything came out perfect. Thank you

I've been going to this cleaners for about 12 years. I really wanted to do this review because I thought my favorite backpack was ruined by me carrying it only on one shoulder. I left it in the garage for a while and then someone told me to take it to a shoe repair. I took it to Towne, knowing they have a shoe repair. Not sure if it went out to the shoe repair, but they did a great job repairing the strap on the bag. I could not be happier...and the cost was peanuts. Love, love, love Mrs. Eve!!
