Conveniently located right off Garrisonville. Plenty of parking. I wish I could call this a "hidden gem" but I can't. I went here twice -- once because I was testing out if this would be my new "go to" spot and another to see if maybe I was wrong and maybe my tech just wasnt the greatest. I went spaced out several weeks apart. The first trip I got a mani, gel, white tip. It was rushed. My cuticles were cut all sloppy and uneven. Some of the polish was left on a couple fingers slightly. It looked "ok" for a brief look, but if you actually took time to look at my nails you would tell it was a sloppy job. This place is a true hidden gem. I decided to get a mani/pedi on my mental health day off. Found out my sister-in-law goes here too, I will def go back. It's worth a drive out to the other side of town.
I have gone three times to this salon for dip nails and one time I also got a pedicure. Twice I saw Emily and once I had Karen. Both technicians gave me great service, were sweet and welcoming and I had long lasting beautiful manicures. Their prices are excellent compared to other local salons- especially during the week when they have a special. They also do a loyalty stamp card for discount after ten visits. The salon is clean and comfortable though theee are more "serene" spots in town. I will surely continue to go there frequently. The one downside for me is that all three times my service has taken a long time. I don't love sitting still (ADHD!) so for me that's a downside. BUT the results have been great so I'll choose to go there when I'm not in a hurry or on a day off. Today's service was long but I wanted a special festive look for the holiday so that is definitely on me. TLDR: good spot, very kind staff, nice work, reasonable prices; allow plenty of time.
