The technicians are highly skilled and take the time to ensure beautiful results, as seen in their great job on full sets and deluxe pedicures. Customers always leave with a smile on their face and beautiful nails. The salon has a nice and quiet environment, with good pedicure chairs, and a great staff. They are always professional and friendly, willing to fix any mistake, and highly recommended.
I was charged $68 for a gel pedicure with a French tip (no polish removal), which is steep, and while the pedicure menu said $38, when I asked at checkout, I was given no explanation or breakdown of the additional costs and they were not listed on my receipt. On top of the service taking a long while, I was nicked multiple times by two different techs to the point of bleeding; my toes are raw and I can hardly walk and the polish application is poor. They were unable to match a color I requested and did not make much effort to help me find an alternative. Everyone was so kind but Hannah was AMAZING!! This was a last minute decision and she was so patient. I’m traveling in from out of town and now the next time I’m visiting, I will DEFINITELY be back!!
