Therapists, such as Amy, are amazing and intuitive, providing thorough treatments. Clients are hesitant to recommend them too highly, as they may become too popular and difficult to book. Orangig, in particular, has been a favorite for facials, as she is very helpful and communicates everything she is doing and why it benefits the skin.
The first time I visited this location I didn’t have the experience I expected - I booked a Swedish relaxation massage and what I received was more of a sports/muscle therapy massage - the masseuse even told me that my spine was curved and I should have that checked out. Let’s just say it was not very relaxing. When I left this information in a review, the manager immediately called me to discuss my experience and asked me to come in for a repeat service with a different masseuse at no cost. I was very impressed with the second experience and the attention given to ensure what I received was what I booked.
