The people are decent - not overly friendly or welcoming but I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone. My biggest issue with this office (and I use it for primary care not OB) is the wait times. I always arrive early for my appointments, and always end up mad at myself for it because I don’t ever see a doctor for 30 min to an hour after my appointment time.
I schedule early appointments….because how can you be behind if my appointment is the first or second of the day ….doesnt matter. I’m still waiting. Have never been here without it being 1 to 2 hour process from appointment time.
In Gynecology -Renne is so knowledgeable and amazing with her knowledge of women health, Dr. Imhof in primary care is amazing and attentive and bedside manner is impeccable, Cameryn- a nurse in the primary physician office is also wonderful and polite. Staff are quickly responsive behind the scenes (scheduling, message requests etc) I am happy I gave this medical office a try!
Renna Clark, NP was such a ray of sunshine. She explained everything throughly as she did my really exam. She was extremely personable and caring. Front desk staff and nurse were also very friendly! The facility is also very clean and vibrant.
