Reviews describe the doctor and staff as kind, helpful, caring, and professional. One patient had an awful tooth ache that turned out to be infected and had it extracted; the process was painful but had to be done, and the patient truly appreciated the clean and effective way the whole process was done. Another patient calls it the best dental office ever experienced, noting the doctor and staff are amazing with kids, thoughtful, and have real-life conversations with them. Staff take the time to adjust tactics that best benefit each child individually. A hygienist was excellent, knew what she was doing, and was very careful cleaning teeth. Patients note the doctor is compassionate and takes the time to explain everything clearly, and the entire dental team is friendly, professional, and attentive, making each visit comfortable and positive. One patient was nervous to have a crown seated but came away feeling really good; the crown fits perfectly. Sprinkles, the office “therapy” dog, is a wonderful addition, sweet and gentle, and definitely helped calm nerves. Five stars all the way around.
