The wait - got the 15 minute text alert, then it took an additional 30 minutes. 45 minute wait from receipt of "15-min" alert.But haircut was good and people were pleasant, so I chalk it up to people who had checked in online and missed their window being kept at the top of the list - throwing wait times off when they finally show and are bumped back to front of the line.

On Thursday I realized that I needed a trim as I have a 40 year reunion coming up in 3 weeks and my hairdresser for years has left the high priced salon she worked at and they couldn't fit me in for days so I acted on a gut instinct to stop in before grocery shopping nearby . This turned into a great decision as I now have a New Amazing Stylist Xochilt! After showing her some pictures of my past haircuts that I loved she assured me that she could give me the style I wanted! Xochilt delivered with a 5star haircut !
