Escape Salon & Day Spa offers a range of services, with some customers praising the attentive and friendly staff, while others have experienced issues with the front desk, including long waits, disorganization, and inconsistent pricing. However, certain technicians, such as Vi, are highly regarded for their excellent work. The salon is generally clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Many clients appreciate the welcoming and relaxing environment, with some mentioning that the chairs are very comfortable and the foot service is always amazing. Customers also enjoy the small touches like drinks and fruit plates, which add to the overall experience. Jeannie, a nail tech, is frequently praised for her professionalism and attention to detail. While some staff members have been noted as unprofessional or unhinged, overall, the salon remains a pretty decent nail salon with a reputation for good service and a relaxing setting.
