Great company and did great work. I would recommend anyone I know locally to call Cox Climate Control. I enjoy walking into my house and saying to my wife that this is what a house is supposed to feel like when the airs turned on. Don’t fall for the sales gimmicks of the bigger companies with fancy sales pitches and maintenance plans.

We’ve been using Cox Climate Control for several years. Sam helped us keep our old unit running when we weren’t ready to replace. When we finally replaced, the price was great and he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly.

Very happy with this company! Called close to closing time one evening after discovering a water heater leak. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Cox called me back quickly and was able to get to our house to evaluate that same evening no problem. He assisted us with getting a replacement water heater and preformed the install within a couple days! We appreciate the great communication and customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to continue to use them.
