Their customer service is excellent. They were thorough, communicated well and went out of their way to make my order for a funeral just right. They even called in an employee early to get the flowers to the church on time in the morning. The floral arrangements were stunning and every flower was beautiful and arranged perfectly. Highly recommend Anitas!
I was in a rush the other day for an emergency same-day delivery in Stafford. I called on the phone because I was having trouble using the website in my hurry; I spoke to the owner, Kristen, and she was incredibly accommodating to my situation. (I didn't know what type of arrangement to choose, and what I could afford, etc.) She was so kind and helpful, she respected my budget, and even texted me an example piece of what I would be buying. It turned out even prettier in person!! I was allowed to text her the message I wanted sent with the flowers (so I had some time to think about it) and then I got a text once the flowers were delivered. I called again once I got the delivery notification (just to be sure) and spoke to the driver, who was incredibly sweet as well. Thank you SO MUCH, Anita's!!
