Tim is awesome! He is so honest that, after I paid him and he left, he realized that I over paid and he returned to my home to return the overpayment. He had to order a part for my dryer, had it the next day and had us up and running, didn't miss one day of laundry! My wife has been wanting to get a new washer and dryer set but, Tim keeps these Samsung's running perfectly, I think next time we call him out, my wife is going to pay him to tell me that they're terminal.
