Very thorough, Does an excellent job of explaining what he is finding and why it is an issue using videos. there is no reason to guess what is being pointed out with the videos that are used in conjunction with pictures and written explanation. I would use John 10 out of 10 times.

John with CJR is awesome! During our home inspection, he was super thorough and explained everything so that even the most inexperienced home buyer (myself included) would understand. John is super knowledgeable and answers questions with ease. We feel way more comfortable moving forward with the purchase of our home after his inspection.

John is a fantastic inspector who I have worked with numerous times professionally and also personally as he inspected my mother’s house during her home purchase.
