If I could give a thousand stars, I would. We were unsure if we should spend the extra money on a third party inspector, but we were SO HAPPY we did. John was so thorough and picked up on every missing screw in our pre-drywall inspection. He provided a detailed breakdown (with videos and photo’s) of what he picked up and added suggestions of how to get them corrected. He was so professional and made this process so easy. Definitely the company you want to work with! THANK YOU!!
