Based on the provided reviews, Chiron Physical Therapy is one of the best PT clinics. The whole experience is great from start to finish. The team, from the front desk to the PTs, is professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on recovery. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are attentive and do not just go through the motions; they tailor each session to progress and needs. They take the time to understand the condition and clearly explain the treatment plan. Patients saw consistent improvement and felt stronger and more confident after each visit. The staff goes the extra mile, greeting patients with a smile and treating them like family. The clinic is more than just a medical office; they help patients get out of pain as quickly as possible. One patient came in with severe arm pain and felt much better after 8 sessions, almost back to normal. Another patient had a great 5-month experience post-Achilles repair. The clinic helped navigate health issues and adjusted rehab programs to accommodate. Patients highly recommend Chiron for truly caring about recovery and delivering results.
The PT itself was helpful, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient, but the experience often felt focused on upselling. The physician prescribed PT twice a week, yet they pushed for three times a week. Toward the end, they also recommended extending therapy an additional week beyond the physician’s original plan, even though my child was feeling better and ready for the follow-up appointment.
They also tried to sell additional services like laser therapy and muscle stimulation treatments. I would have preferred they simply follow the physician’s recommendations rather than continually pushing extra treatments and services.

Everyone here from the front desk to the PTA’s and the PT’s have been amazing! I came in for some pretty severe arm pain and was actually hospitalized for two days because of this. I feel so much better after 8 sessions and feel (almost) back to normal! Also, while at the hospital, I received well wishes from the staff at Chiron and a hearty “welcome back!” greeting once I was ready for PT again. Thank you to EVERYONE at Chiron for helping me out!
