Continued appointment cancellations on clinics behalf. Do not waste your time or trust that they will stick to your scheduled appointment. Six month check ups are out of the question…have a 9 year that hasn’t been seen since Jan 2023 because of clinics requests to reschedule. If they do not see a sense of urgency to get a patient in after a year and a half I wouldn’t trust my dental health to them.

This place desert zero stars. They can't handle toddlers. And they get aggravated with them and don't understand if they have a speech delay like my son does or even if your children have any other disabilities.They even got mad at my son because they gave him a mirror knowing he was having a breakdown and he dropped it So therefore they even got more aggravated which made me aggravated. And they gave my son a referral to another dentist that I can't even get to. And now I can't even use that dentist anymore. Don't use this dentist. They don't understand children with disabilities and they will just get aggravated and also send your children away.

Great, if you can get an appointment. If you're a new patient, you must have a consultation prior to your first cleaning/exam. My biggest complaint is that it can be difficult to get someone on the phone. However, once you are able to schedule an appointment, the experience is very good! The waiting area is oddly tiny. The exam area is very clean and modern. Dr. Grover is very friendly.
