I hired him to defend my sons case for a protection order. During our first consult I was not impressed until he said he knew exactly who she was, called her a well deserved name. However, during the hearing, meeting in a small room in the courthouse he showed very little defense and told my son his best deal was to pleaded guilty. It has changed my sons life dramatically! He lost his job and will carry a record for the rest of his life for taking the guilty charges when he was not guilty, set up by this witch! No defense at all! I could have done a better job! Charles Crowder seamlessly helped my son get full custody of his children. Everything he intended to do, and did, was fully explained to us so we were totally aware of the steps involved. The results were the absolute best outcome for my grandchildren and they are thriving now.
Charles Crowder was corruptly forced on my case after I had previously shown complete competency to represent myself and file and deal with litigation in a motion for a bond reconstruction requesting to leave the state and to get off invasive pretrial services. Charles was forced on me against my will by judge who told me that he would stand idle and I could elect to represent myself but she just wanted to make sure he was there.
