He did a good job detailing car. The car looked horrible before and good afterwards. However, when we went to pick it up he was gone. Another customer was there waiting for him. We called numerous times to see when he was coming back and each time he would say I’ll be there in 3 minutes. We were there for over an hour waiting for him to get back so we could pay him and get the key to the car. He did offer to bring the car to us since at the time we told him we were leaving and would come back tomorrow. We told him we would turn around and come back so we did. He still wasn’t there.
