Woke up this morning to find we had no running water. Called this great company, recording said they were closed for vacation but if it was an emergency, leave my info and someone would call me back. And they did a very few minutes later. We’re here within the hour and worked in the rain to replace my well pump and wires.
I’ve been a customer of Satterfield Plumbing since 2018. I’ve found the company to be reliable. No matter when I call them, they always come through for me. Management is always professional and trustworthy. The Plumbers have always been knowledgeable and dependable. I’ve never had a wrong call on a service nor have I ever had to call them back for a repaired service. Some work I’ve had them do is replace a well pump, add a water filter in the crawl space, repair a couple of busted water lines and more . Satterfield Plumbing is my go to plumbing company. ?
Satterfield Plumbing did an excellent job on my water repair. The two servicemen went above and beyond their call of duty. Once they saw my home is a manufactured home, they began work & explored to make sure I was not subject to another pipe bursting. In the future, if I need further repair, I will be contacting Satterfield Plumbing and asking that those two young to come do the job.
