I cannot say enough about the entire process. From the initial call to the office through the whole process. The two technicians Nat and Matt exhibited extreme professionalism and a tremendous work ethic. Through every step of the multiple repairs Nat went above and beyond to explain the process. I would highly recommend recommend Smithfield Electric to anyone needing electrical work.
Nat and and Matt showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They were very efficient in fixing my problem and very thought in answering all my questions. Highly recommended both of these young men.
I chose Smithfield Electric by the great reviews and the lady that answered the phone. The owners mom. I try to pick local mom n pop small businesses. I asked her that question to how I found out she was the mother of the owner! Awesome. She informed me she would send Nat to the house for my request to hard wire and install some security cameras. As soon as Nat arrived I knew I picked the right company. Very professional and thought out a plan if it was his own property. Had the heart for the work. Great young man.
