If I could leave 0 stars I would. Most of the staff is nice, the manager is trashy though. Auburn thinks she owns the place and singles out employees in front of patients. Very unprofessional and trashy. Her husband most likely sees other women because she smelt musty passing by in the hallway. Will not return.

Dr. Cook.made a mouth piece for my night grinding. It did not stop my grinding, instead caused more damage to my teeth. Once I switched to a soft mouth guard my tooth chipping g ended. The oral hygienist was phenomenal, empathetic and professional. Dr. Cook has a terrible chair side manner and too flippant and accusatory towards the patient. I went to him for ten years and I am done with him. Iam going to a dentist that cares for my health and well being.and not just making money. I will not be back.​

Dr Cook and his Staff are wonderful. I have 2 girls and they fit them in both at the same time. I didn't have to wait at all. The place is so clean and there are beverages, toys and a tv in the lobby. My adult visit was just as great. No wait at all and the techs were super sweet and personable. They were even able to obtain my old X-rays in California so I wouldn't be charged for new ones. To top it off this place is located in beautiful downtown Smithfield. You can even ruin your whole cleaning by going to the ice cream parlor afterwards, lol.
